Facts before stories
A compelling narrative is not enough. Holdings, incentives, balance sheets, manager behaviour and valuation must support it.
The practice
Bodh Capital is an investment practice for people whose financial lives have become more complex than a standard product conversation can handle.
The research standard is not separated from the client conversation.
Liquidity events, concentrated employer stock and years of accumulated investments create connected decisions. Bodh exists to see those decisions together, examine the available investments and make the reasoning clear.
The practice is being built deliberately, one relationship at a time, without claiming to be the right fit for everyone.

The experience behind the practice
Abhishek has spent more than fifteen years researching businesses and markets for institutional investors, including global private equity, venture capital and asset-management firms.
The work required understanding industry structure, testing management claims, examining unit economics and identifying what could permanently impair capital.
Bodh is built on that discipline. Research begins with the underlying exposure and the range of possible outcomes—not with a product list or a recent performance table.
A compelling narrative is not enough. Holdings, incentives, balance sheets, manager behaviour and valuation must support it.
Before considering what can go right, we ask what can cause permanent loss and whether the decision can survive a difficult period.
Not every market move requires a response. Process separates a meaningful change from ordinary noise.
The aim is not to offer every product or react to every market move. It is to make a small number of consequential decisions with care, a clear rationale and direct accountability.
A focused practice allows the person doing the research to remain part of the conversation.
The meaning of Bodh
Bodh, for us, is the relentless pursuit of learning and knowledge—the discipline to keep examining an answer after it has become convenient.
Markets change. Businesses evolve. Evidence unsettles confident conclusions. So we return to first principles, test what appears known and revise when the facts demand it.
Observe. Question. Learn. Return.Begin with what you own
